Today, the ICT sector is an aid sector that serves all types of sectors, not that it is increasingly important or linked to information and data, so much, to ensure that this information will not be violated by Internal or external to the organization must be maximum. The implantation of a system of management of these characteristics supposes an effective tool to enhance the integrity, availability and confidentiality of all its systems and reduce the unique vulnerabilities.
Since the UNE-ISO / IEC 27001 standard is not an extended standard, the 6 companies that make up this project seek to be a reference, characterized by a good functioning of their processes and a high security in the operations that they do, looking for solutions that guarantee to remain in the presence of possible risks and to allow them to advance with control.
In addition, the adoption of this measure and this certification allow companies to offer an image of trust and confidentiality to the clients that suppose a commercial advantage in front of other competitors.
The implementation of this methodology of work reduced the effectiveness of the organizations insofar as all the operations carried out or individual are systematized, helping to define guidelines for action and to communicate the security measures applicable in each situation.
2. Integrated Systems of Environmental and Quality Management, based on the UNE-EN-ISO 14001 and UNE-EN-ISO 9001 standards, which allow us to question the processes of a company oriented towards customer satisfaction and respect for the environment.
Nowadays, given the high competition that exists in the business field, companies need measures that allow them to differentiate themselves from their competitors before the customers and in an axial way. The implantation of this type of management system assumes a guarantee of trust built on the products or services offered to the consumer, since this certification is a quality improvement or respect to the environment.
Nonetheless, in addition to supposing a higher standard of living, it allows companies to manage more resources and reduce costs considerably.
